Zoiper 5 is not going beyond the welcome screen.
Zoiper 3 is getting Hung up on selecting Preferences.
Linphone AppImage is showing installation Errors.
Any other SIP Clients to try. Please suggest. Thank You.

Sorry, but these really are not Asterisk questions.
CentOS is not a client-oriented distro, it is meant for servers. Have you tried Ubuntu or Linux Mint?
