Libpri b410p asterisk 1.8

I have 4 BRI card, port one and two setup as TE mode , port 3 and 4 setup as NT mode.
Configuration that works
libpri 1.4.10.2
dahdi 2.3.0.1
asterisk 1.6.2.6
Problematic onfiguration
asterisk 1.8 any version
lib pri 1.4.11.*
dahdi 2.4*
If i disconect the cable on port one or two the por goes down and up normaly if libpri = 1.4.10.2, if libpri is 1.4.11 the port never comes up
