Last called hunt group mode?

Is there a way to setup a hunt group so the person who received the last call gets sent to the end of the queue when the next call comes in?

Also, is there a way to setup a hunt group enable button on their phone so when they are not at their desk they won’t be included in the queue?


I’m not sure whether queue pauses can be done from the dialplan (don’t have Asterisk running at home to list the applications). It can at least be done from AMI, so dialplan could trigger that.

You can setup dialplan to pause and unpause a queuememeber, at least with dynamic members.
With a little extra work, you can setup a custom device state that can be used to track the status of pause and unpause. Then you can even use a BLF to have an indicator light on the set to remind the user when they are paused.
