I’m having a strange problem with my key tone recognition. When someone calls in and dials an extension, if they dial it too quickly they receive “not a valid extension”. If they then redial the extension again, only slower, they get through. I’m also having the same problem with long distance codes. They must be entered slowly or they don’t go through.
Has anyone else had the same problem or know how I can fix this?
