Iterated Registered SIP Issue

Hi everyone.

We have operated Asterisk 14.5 in VM for more than 5 years.

This is our simple system flow.

Mobile → Asterisk → MySql → Asterisk → Device ( Nurse Call)

But since 3days ago , system is down.

There are tons of Registered SIP log in Asterisisk.
(Since only few hundreds user use our system , It is not possible to register SIP simultaneously.
I masked SIP ID and IP address for security reason.

It seems that registered SIP process is iterated.
Also, There is no error log in our mySql server.

I configured above , but it does not work.

Also I tried below configure but it did not work either.
pedantic=no

Could you give me hint that I resolve this issue?

A console log (wrapped in preformatted text tags, with verbose and debug set to 3 or above) and a packet capture may yield clues.

An explanation of what it means for a call to flow through database server would also be helpful.

Asterisk 14 is not often seen here, as it wasn’t long term stable and is about 5 years beyond end of life. 14.5.0 is over 6 years old.

If these are incoming registrations, Asterisk doesn’t control their timing. If they are outgoing, large numbers would be unusual.
