Interupting Asterisk During Voice Prompts (DTMF)

Hey All,

I am looking for some assistance in regards to Interrupting Asterisk during the IVR system scrolling through voice prompts.

At the moment the system only accepts DTMF tones at the end of the cycle and not during, is there any way to change this so it can be done during the announcement stage?

If some one has allready done so, could you please post your Configuration so that i may be able to compare it against what has been written on my end.

are you using Playback() for your announcements ? if so, you should look at Background() instead.

I have looked into it and we are using background, i am sure it will be worked out, it is just one of those small problems that just wont leave you alone :smile:
