I need help in integrate custom made CRM on asp.net platform with asterisk Freepbx

It is unlikely that any of the regular contributors develops for Windows, and those who do, probably use open source languages.
You didn’t provide any detail for the integration you need.
Use AMI for integration with any external platform.
