Installing asterisk on RedHat 5

Can’t install Asterisk 1.8 on RedHat 5.4
I have configured repository according Installation Guide -
packages.asterisk.org/….
and issue
yum install asterisk18
But “No packages asterisk18 available”

I have check URL and find
no any RPM at all at
packages.asterisk.org/rhel/5/cur … 6_64/RPMS/
But at
packages.asterisk.org/centos/5/c … 6_64/RPMS/
lot of packages !

Why ?
CentOS supported but RHEL not ?

CentOS packages should be binary compatible with RHEL.

Yes, I know but there is two different path to CentOS and RHEL repo
and no any directions in instalation guide…
It’s work indeed ?
