Inbound number

i am using asterisk 2.6.2.2 and i want to configure inbound number on it
pls guide me how i will configure it.

There is no 2.X.X version of Asterisk. You need to explain a bit better what you are trying to do, to get any help.

From the version number you gave I’d guess you’re running Trixbox rather than just Asterisk.

You need to create a trunk to your SIP/IAX2 provider (assuming you’re using voip) and then an ‘Inbound Route’ to direct that inbound call to where you want it to go (an extension etc…)
