Inbound call sonetel

Hi all,
I’m in trouble for configure inbound calls from asterisk. Outbound work well but in inbound a voice say “the person you have called is currently not available”.

in my sip.conf i have
register => my.user@domain.com:pass@sip.sonetel.com

in my extensions.conf i have

in the web interface of my sonetel account i’ve set
First do this Forward to 9008@myIPaddress:MyPort

Can you help me please?
