Ignorepat on 1.4 not working with zap channel

I’ve never used Asterisk before with Zap channels so I’ve never tried to use “ignorepat” before. It doesn’t seem to have any affect. Pressing “9” on the handset just hangs up the channel and gives me a fast busy. I’m sure it’s being parsed though:

asterisk02*CLI> add ignorepat 9 into outgoing Ignore pattern '9' already included in 'outgoing' context

Any suggestions?

How do you put it in your extensions.conf?
Something like:
ignorepat => 9

Think that ignorepat only affects to analog phones…
