I have facing the issue with freepbx with asterisk

This is not the right place to ask about FreePBX.

Macros were, finally, removed from Asterisk in version 21; you must now use subroutines. FreePBX 17 eliminates the use of macros from FreePBX, but you will still need to deal with any custom ones.
