How can I read the contents of a REFER request in the dial plan? the field like highlighted below:

See RFC 3261. The part that you have blotted out is the domain and optional user part of the the new destination. The part after the ? contains headers to include in the new INVITE.

Also, we strongly prefer plain text, not screen shots.
