How to know the agent who is pickup the call in the queue

Using AMI or ARI, how to know the agent who is answered the call in one queue?

ARI does not provide this information, as its purpose is not for it.

AMI raises an event when an agent is connected to a caller[1]. If this isn’t what you mean, then you’ll need to further describe exactly what you are trying to do.
