i used asterisk 1.0.9 before and i installed them through asterisk@home. now i want update asterisk to 1.2 .i download the source code and replace the old asterisk source code .when i build them there are errors about chan_zap.c. i found that the makefile changes lot .how to install and let them work .help me! thanks in advance.
firstly, did you read the accompanying text files that come with 1.2betas ?
secondly, did you just download the asterisk source, or get the zaptel driver too ?
lastly, what errors were you getting and where during the build ?
