How to improve sound quality at callee side

Hi,

I configured Asterisk 1.4.24.1 on ubuntu. It works fine.

I want to play a sound file at the callee side, when the call comes at asterisk from any Soft phone. I tried the following dial plan in extenstions.conf file:

exten => 123, 1, Dial(SIP/123, 20, A(/home/soundfile))

With this configuration sound is played at callee side but it is of very poor quality. Same file is playbacked with good quality to the caller side.
