How to create conference with call center agents?


I have created the call center application. I have the following application on my Fedora 8 system.

I want to make the conference in my call center. I am using the Queue for call queues.
Suppose, a customer calls to the call center. Free agent will picked up the call. Now the customer wants to talk to the supervisor and want to make conference with him, the Agent have to start the conference. For that, the agent have to put the customer on hold, and need to invite the supervisor, and then have to make the conference in all 3. Can you please tell me how to do this ?

This is possible with outbound calling. But for inbound calling this is not working. Please guide me for this.
