Hi,
I’m trying to get something like this working on my Asterisk server:
Let’s say I have 3 queues configured, and several agents for each queue.
What I need to be able to do is whenever an incoming call comes to the server and I queue it, I’d like to transfer/move this call and the agent that answers it to a predefined conference room.
Can this be done? I tried playing with the extension plan to no avail. I can create AGI, etc, if needed.
I’m hoping somebody out there has run into this already. I searched and googled for this and couldn’t find anything.
