Astersik 20.x supports some languages officially. For some other languages like Korean how to add new language support to Asterisk to playback number,date,time and currency correctly?

You will need to patch Asterisk say gets wording correctly. Have a look at say.c for example.
You need to record translations of the standard English sounds files, under their English names, but in a sub-directory for the target language, and you need to specify the grammar for reading things like numbers, in say.conf, under the relevant language code.
If the grammar of the language is so far from English, that, where an announcement is assembled from several parts, you can’t translate the parts in a way that it produces a grammatically correct combination, you will need to go through the source code and specify combinations of announcements that do make sense.
