After installing asterisk and installing freepbx, when I access freepbx via the web, the menus don’t come up at all.
Only 3 submenus of applications are shown, call Recording/conferences/extensions
and other menus appear in other videos. If I install all-in-one, will they all come up, and if I install them separately, will they not come up?
How do I activate the menus?

But what you are looking for is to install all the module using
Admin>Module Admin
or from command line
fwconsole ma upgradeall
After fwconsole ma installall, a few more menus were created.

And I don’t see a firewall in connectivity.
Is that because I installed it on Ubuntu?
