hey i live in india…i have to set up a small pbx with asterisk.
as far as hardware is concerned im looking for tdm400p cards and budgetone sip phones,please tell me whether they are compatible with the telco serviace providers in india
Unless the Indian PSTN speaks SIP, the Budgetone phones will not be compatible with it – but that’s o.k., that’s why you use Asterisk to connect them

The TDM400P should be compatible, and unlike the X100P can be fine-tuned
to match local PSTN parameters.
