Hello,

I’m new at asterisk and I need following dialplan to realize, maybe someone can advice how can i do it?

-> Incoming call
-> asked to choose option 1 or option 2
-> connect to someone choosed opposite to me (1to2, 2to1)
-> if nobody available play background music until someone becomes available.

all calls come on one sip trunk.

Can anyone advice what app’s and so on I need to do all this?

In theory it is possible. I would tag all the incoming calls say as 1 or 2 and store them in a db. When another call comes in see if there is an opposite caller available. If there is bridge the call. You may want to have some onw right a custom AGI for you to do this.
