Hi all, I’m new to the forum, hope you can help me, I’m trying to make an IVR in which the locution or audio prompts the user to validate your PHONE NUMBER to enter the main menu.
The question is: How could I set up so that when the user types from your phone your PHONE NUMBER with a database as the PHONE NUMBER must equal the number that the user typed.
