Help: Asterisk as outbound proxy with local routing

Hello all,

I am working on a design with following requirements.

  1. Provisioning is done at service provider proxy.
  2. All clients in local network register to a local * box which forwared registrations to service provider proxy.
  3. With 200 OK from service provider proxy it maintains a registrartion table.

** Asterisks as outbound proxy with registration entries **.

  1. for local calls, asterisk routes calls locally.

Can this be implemented in asterisk?
Can anyone pls help me with this?
