I installed asterisk 1.2.14 with both ooh323 and h323 .
When i call h323 with asterisk call was established but it’s silent.
What shoud i do?

Can you post the error you are getting please, you should be able to see what is coming up on the CLI, capture that and post it on here.
And is there any reason to use H.323 instead of SIP or IAX2?

You could be just blocking the H323 port in iptables, which is 1720, TCP and UDP, and 10000-20000 TCP. For the exact ports, look in oh323.conf or ooh323.conf
Also, try to upgrade your Asterisk to version 1.4 or higher - it have greatly improved chan_h323.
