Foreword pstn calls

Hi,

I’d like to know what is required to foreword an incoming pstn call to my asterisk server to another pstn line .
and if i’m able to record this call

Yes.

You need two FXO interfaces, or the use of a PSTN to SIP gateway, and an exceedingy trivial dialplan. The monitoring requirement complicates it a little, but not much.
