I’m trying to change follow me setting from API (using simple HTTP requests), but I don’t find any documentation.
Is there a way to enable and disable follow me for an extension and edit follow me list from API?

Asterisk doesn’t provide such functionality. If you’re using a GUI (such as FreePBX) then it would be something provided by it.
