[Fixed] SIP Phone displays messages when there are none

I have a user who is using an Aastra SIP phone. The message indicator light is lit and it shows he has messages. He doesn’t.

I’ve tried going into voicemail.conf and delete the directory for his extension and recreate it but the light and messages still display.

Any ideas?

It was pointing to a context that I was unaware of. I have sinced changed contexts and deleted the old context in voicemail.conf.
