I’ve noticed that the message indicator lights up on the SIP phones WHILE someone is leaving a message. If someone is checking the message while this light is on and the message is still ongoing…they will not be able to hear the whole message. Is there any way to get the message indicator light not to flash until after the message is left?
Can someone at least tell me if they have the same problem I’m having or not…so I know it’s not something set up wrong at my end?
I have not seen this myself.
