Extensions do not exist

I am on Asterisk 13.6.0 running on freepbx. and i keep seeing this notices and i was wondering how can i stop them? Those extensions do not exist and we are not using them. So i am not sure why they are popping up there? How can i stop this notices from showing up?

Reconfigure the phones (in the phones themselves) so that they don’t request presence information on these extensions.

I am using Aastra 6737i what is that option called? Why are they asking for this information?

anyone know what i should look for on my Aastra 6737i phone to stop flooding my asterisk with that NOTICE?

Thank you!

I’d look into the SCA feature on the main instrument and the add on side module documentation.

However that is based on the end user documentation that doesn’t seem to go into enough technical detail.
