Error 408 on Asterisk 1.6

Hi fellows,

I’ve configured Asterisk 1.4 and X-lite and it worked fine for calls between computer X computer, but it didn’t work on calls for outside phone numbers.

We’ve reached de conclusion that it was a problem in Zaptel, so we migrated to Asterisk 1.6. But now My X-lite client is returning the error 408 when I try to register.

I’ve noticed some diferences between Asterisk versions, but I don’t know where I’m doing wrong. Can anybody help me here?

From the asterisk CLI

CLI> sip set debug on

then post what you get from trying to register with X-Lite. Sounds a bit strange.
