Ended calls appear to be continuing

Hello everyone, I’m new to the community. I would like to talk about a problem I’ve had recently. Ended calls seem to still be ongoing. Since the calls that ended in the monitoring service seem to be still continuing, I have to stop and start the service every time. Can you help me with this?

You’d need to provide more detail. For example what you mean by “Ended calls seem to still be ongoing”. What channel driver? Who ended the call? If SIP, which SIP channel driver and what is the SIP trace (sip set debug on or pjsip set logger on depending on SIP channel driver)? What is the network layout? Where are the calls coming from/going to?
