How to send or set DND to an extention from a operator extention

Moreover, this question makes no sense outside the context of FreePBX, as it refers to constructs that FreePBX builds on top of Asterisk.
I want to be able to set do not disturb to an extension from other extention for example, iam at the operator consola extentioon .and i want to be able to send some command for make them DND do Not disturb, is there a way to do it,
I know i can do it if i want to set a wakeup call. but not sure if is possible with DND
