I am trying to divert all calls to my Cisco desk phone to my mobile and can’t see how to do this thanks.
Our dialler is built upon asterisk.
If you want to do it for the phone, you need to configure it on the phone.
If you want to do it for the Asterisk extension, you set a global or database variable and test it before dialing the SIP device for the phone, and instead dial out by whatever means you use to access the PSTN or cellular network.
