Disable Silence supression

Hello

I am having a problem with silence supression. When a call go to Music on hold, the asterisk transmit audio only when i speak, when i do someone sound. And i can’t find where disable silence supression on asterisk. Somebody can help me?

But, in which file I use silenceSuppression=no ? sip.conf?

Don’t forget to check your phones or softphones.

They will usually have a setting for silence suppression as well.

Look for settings like, “VAD”, “transmit silence”, and the like.

I receive this calls in my E1 card. The calls from IP Phones and softphones are fine.

Yes if they are a sip accounts…
