Didn't get a frame from channel: Zap

This is my system

TDM400P (2 fxo) —> Asterisk (trixbox 2.0) ----> Sip Phone

When I make a Attended Xfer, after 1-2 minutes call drop.

If your calls are going through don’t panic it is not a big deal, i see them on the CLI in every single call that processes on our systems, they don’t prevent calls from going through well none that i have detected anyway.
