Device does not match ACL (with only some extensions)

Hello, i’m having troubles trying to register an extension in one of my PBX (Asterisk 11.17.1).

[2024-05-03 14:18:50] NOTICE[4123] chan_sip.c: Registration from '<sip:803@***.***.***.***;transport=UDP>' failed for '***.***.***.***:39527' - Device does not match ACL

The problem is that the same device, in the same network, can register any other extension from the same context (in the same exact conditions).

I’m clueless about this error.

You are using an unsupported channel driver on a version of Asterisk that is at least six and a half years beyond end of life!

You also haven’t told us what your configuration is. ACL rules aren’t in the default configuration.
