Detect "core show channels" changes

Hi

I’m using

core show channels

in order to analyse outgoing and incoming calls

Is there a way to detect each modification of the result of this command (for example when the state of the channel comes to up status)?

Use Asterisk Manger Interface, which will push such changes, and should be a lot more efficient than a polling process that typically requires Asterisk to be relaunched for every request.
