Delay - outgoing calls

Hello all,

I have installed Asterisk and zaptel using a Digium TDM400P card
on Ubuntu linux.
I manage to call to mobile or PSTN numbers, but when I dial the number
until the time it will really ring there is a delay.
Is there any way to solve this delay or not??

The problem can be related to your sip.providers sip-server. Have you checked if you still got this delay even when you make inbound calls?
