Delay on outgoing calls?

Hi,

We are having delays when calling some no., We have active peering going to provider. PBX CPU/MEM are normal. Latency going to peer is also normal no intermittent connection. But the problem is some no. when calling took a minute to ring?

As per logs after entering the passcode, pbx then route out the call to provider side immediately but the response ring response is so slow.

As per provider they always tell us that on their side theres no delays :frowning:

Tried different provider and it work fast calling those number.

No logs. No indication of the magnitude of the delay.

Best guess, you don’t have a properly configured DNS.
