Defendmyname, Asterisk registration reset

Hello,
I have a question and I am not sure this is the right place to ask it but here goes. My SIP account shows I am registered with my asterisk pbx but my asterisk pbx says it is not registered. I have restarted the asterisk pbx but nothing changes at the VoIPuser end.

How shold I proceed?

There isnt enough info there for anyone to help you
We wil need to know which provider your using, also a copy of the sip.conf context with passwords changed. We would need to see a copy of when you ran sip show registry. There may be more we would need but this will be a good start
