Dahdi Red Alarms on FXO Card

Fxo Card Wildcard AEX800
FreePBX Firmware:10.13.66-9

Hi,

I would like to ask for a kind support from you guys. I am having a problem with my current setup. See above model for my FXO card and FreePBX. I am getting a lot of red alarms and I am not sure why and how to solve this. With this issue I am unable to make inbound and outbound calls. See below error logs. We even have some issue with memory maybe because of this error message making our freepbx to hang

The RED alarm on an analog port is generated when the driver detects a loss of voltage on the line for an extended period of time, which normally means that the port has been disconnected from the provider or the cable has an intermittent short somewhere. Hi, Thanks for the reply. Since i am not using the other channels might as well turn it off? Currently, I am only using one channel which is channel 1. see logs below for the updates status
