DADHI, 1.6 and non Digium Hardware

DADHI and non Digium Hardware - Is it going to work with 1.6? I have a fresh built system that started out as a PBX in a Flash with Asterisk 1.4.22RC5 and FreePBX 2.5.

On that box this morning I installed 1.6 and DAHDI 2.0 w/ Asterisk Addons 1.6.

I only have a single TDM400 with FXS module, but it all came back up and I am making calls out a SIP trunk.

All seems to be working. My FreePBX configs made the jump from 1.4 to 1.6 with no noticable errors.

Still, I wonder what would happen if that box had a Sangoma or Rhino card?

Anyone have the strait poop here?

I primarily use Digium hardware, just the same some of my clients use Sangoma and Rhino. I am wondering what to tell them.
