I am new in asterisk. I just to ask it is possible to customize the “ring” sound that the caller heard once he/she call using eyebeam. Maybe its the dial tone but I’m not sure.
Need your help. Thank you

Eyebeam is SIP. You should first look to doing this on Eyebeam itself, but failing that, you could use Progress, or Answer, before dialing the outbound leg, and changing indications.conf to specify the tone. You can also use musiconhold, with a Dial option, in those cases.
Note, if the called party tries to send ringback as early media, it will override this, and if it answers prematurely, it definitely will override this.
