Connectiong to a provider with no user name or password

Hello

I signed up with a termination provider that doesn’t have user name or passwords, its based on my IP address, how can I register to it?

I tried this:

register => there ip address

but Asterisk does not accept the format.

If they don’t provide you a user name I think you don’t have to register, just define a peer in sip.conf (see the examples in the default sip.conf).
