We are currently using Asterisk 220.127.116.11 with a Sangoma T-1 card and a toll free line to host conference calls for our company. We do not use asterisk for our phone system only for the conference bridge. The option to disable the enter/exit tines it not set but still our users never hear either tone.
Also we had to fix the IVR voice that prompted for a conference room number to pad the front with a few seconds of silence so the beginning wasn’t chopped off, I don’t know if this is related or not. The problem is it looks like the enter/exit sounds are hard coded so I can’t modify them to see if it is the same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
