Cisco IP Phones - RingTones

Hi
I have a selected of Cisco 7905 & 7912 IP Phones.

I’ve upgrade each phone to use SIP firmware, but would now like to add new ringtones.

I’ve added the files to my tftp server (running on an XP PC) but the phones never attempt to upload them.

Any ideas ??

Did you update your RINGLIST.DAT file?

I haven’t had to configure a 7912 in a long time, but I think those phones depend on that file to point to the ring tones.

Also what does your tftp server logs show?
