hi everybody,

I installed a set of cisco IP phones using SCCP. they work fine.

now the boss wants the operator to know the status of any line before dialing.

eg: I might be on a communication with someone, and the operator wants to call me, before doing it, she sees a red light on a button on her phone, and she’ll understand am busy.

I don’t know how to call this feature, but in our old PBX it exists.

PS: the operator has the 7931 IP phone, with 24 buttons that can be assigned to lines
