We have several clients that have requested that we “speed up” the rate at which the system reads back voicemail message envelope and caller ID. It seems painfully slow and can make getting through voicemail messages a tedious, slow process. Is there any way to accomplish this?
You could re-record all the speech fragments with a faster speaker.
Not even sure where I would find those fragment files to replace them. Its an interesting idea though. I was really hoping there might rather be some parameter somewhere I could change that handles the speed of playback. Surely us and our clients can’t be the only ones to have noticed and been bothered by this? It really is super slow, and not all clients want to use the voicemail-to-email feature.
