CDR not logging

A former employee set up a cron to archive master.csv then delete it on the first of each month. Unfortuneately, it does not archive the file but deletes it anyway and my master.csv file stays at 0 bytes and the logging seems to have stopped.

I am a computer programmer who has not touched unix/linux in 15 years, so please educate me as if I were a beginner and help me with the tasks needed to get my Asterisks logging to master.csv again.

Hi

First things first its Master.csv and you need to just delete it as It should be created as needed, Does his job create a new one? if it does are the permissions correct.
Also delete the cron job
